Rents are paid to owner net of expenses the 16th of every month. Accounting period is 16-15th of each month. This makes your taxes easier as we send you a 1099-MISC with rental profit to you that you claim as income. No need for you to deduct expenses, as that is done on the company books.
Owners may be paid via Direct Deposit to your checking or savings account.
Tenants have an online portal they can use to pay rent, request repairs, and see their rental history. Tenants may pay rent by check, money order, EFT, or credit card.
We research market rents and make sure rents are as high as they possibly can be.
Tenants are fully screened with interview, employer/income verification, former landlord interview, credit check with FICO score, and criminal background check. These services are at no additional cost.
On-site, interior inspections of properties are performed minimally every 90 days to document if the tenant is taking care of the property.
